Apply and take part in the SwissGames delegation to Game Connection Europe in Paris!

The next international SwissGames delegation will bring the best game studios of the country to the Game Connection. Join this Matchmaking event with over 2700 publishers, distributors and developers looking for new games, partners and service providers!

In order to gather an outstanding delegation, Pro Helvetia is launching a call for participation to all Swiss companies and indies eager to present their projects and reach out to international markets.

Four studios will be selected and will benefit from the following services at the Game Connection Europe 2019:

  • Full access to the matchmaking platform
  • 2 professional passes
  • A dedicated meeting space
  • Exhibition design and material
  • Promotional coverage before and during the Matchmaking event.

Pro Helvetia does not cover nor arrange accommodation and travel costs.

Deadline: To take part in this delegation, please send your application to agaribay@prohelvetia.ch before 27 July.

The application dossier should include:

  • A short description of your game outlining the platform, type, genre, gameplay, targeted audience and current development stage (prototype required)
  • Visual material (screenshots, link to a trailer, etc.)
  • Your expectations and goals for participating in the fair
  • A press kit (if available)
  • Your contact details and any relevant links (website, etc.)

We are looking forward to discovering your game and will come back to you before 13 August.

Upcoming maintenance work

The application portal myprohelvetia will be updated from 1.1.-7.1.2024. Due to these changes, open applications must be finalized and submitted via the current online portal (myprohelvetia.ch) by the latest 23:59 on 31 December 2023. Until this date, the deadlines and criteria outlined in the current guidelines and calls for applications apply. New applications can be created and submitted in the application portal as of 8 January 2024.
