SwissGames is bringing a delegation to Arctic Game Week in Skellefteå, in Northern Sweden for the first time. From 25 to 28 May 2022 the Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia will be presenting 3 promising Swiss game studios and connecting them with an international audience of investors and business partners.

Arctic Game Week is a week filled with game events, industry conferences and networking activities. The event is a good opportunity for young game developers to connect, interact and do business with the game industry in Scandinavia. The studios get to present their projects in the Arctic Game Pitch and take part in tailor-made matchmaking-sessions.

Meet the studios of the SwissGames delegation for Arctic Game Week 2022:

• Legion Hearts ­­– Kreidenwerk
  A tactical RPG blending roguelite deck building with turn-based autochess combat. Set in a modern reimagination of Norse mythology, players take on the role of a time-traveling Valkyrie and must gather a grand army to save Midgard.

• [I] doesn’t exist – a modern text adventure – LUAL
  Solve puzzles in a mystical forest and talk to a cute mushroom, until your avatar has had enough . What seemed like a one-sided relationship, develops into a conversation between avatar and player.

• Ultimate Godspeed – Ninoko
  Ultimate Godspeed is a Place & Race Party Game. Players race against each other in a kart racing style minigame and use the breaks between the rounds to place shortcuts such as ramps or obstacles like deadly chain saws. The goal is to stay alive and earn points for performance and cunning.
